为避免找不到行李，你可以在行李上放上「名牌」nametag，或贴贴纸识别。如果在「行李转盘」baggagecarousel上怎样都找不到行李，就可能是行李延误或遗失，此时可以拿「行李存根」baggageclaimtag到「行李领取中心」baggageclaimoffice/counter/center寻求帮忙。若是行李在运送过程中受到碰撞或挤压，也可以到行李招领中心「申请损害赔偿」fileaclaim，不过请在24小时内提出申请。航空公司也推出app服务，可即时追踪行李，旅客再也不用担心找不到行李。
